What is a VIN number and where can I find it?

A Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is a unique 17-character code assigned to every vehicle built. You can find the VIN on the driver’s side dashboard visible through the windshield, on the driver’s side door jamb sticker, or inside the vehicle registration certificate (V5C / Fahrzeugschein).

How fast do I receive my report after payment?

Most reports are generated and sent quickly after payment directly to your email address provided during checkout.

What happens if no report exists for my VIN yet?

If your vehicle report requires manual processing from European registers, our operations team gathers the official documentation and emails the completed report to you shortly.
